3. Ticket Sales & Reservations

3.1 All Sales Final

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for missed performances, late arrivals, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.

3.2 Event Changes

Without A Cue reserves the right to:

• Modify event dates, times, locations, or formats

• Substitute performers or creative elements

• Cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond our control

If an event is canceled by us and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered a credit or refund at our discretion.

3.3 Late Arrival

Late entry may not be permitted or may result in reduced participation. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.

4. Assumption of Risk

By attending a Without A Cue event, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Our experiences are interactive and may involve movement, standing, theatrical surprises, and audience participation

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to minor physical injury, emotional discomfort, or accidental property damage

You agree to follow all instructions provided by staff and performers at all times.

5. Code of Conduct

We strive to create an inclusive, safe, and enjoyable environment. By attending our events or using the Site, you agree that you will not:

• Engage in disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior

• Harass performers, staff, or other guests

• Touch performers or other guests without consent

• Damage venue property or props

• Participate while excessively intoxicated

Without A Cue reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for violating this Code of Conduct.

6. Alcohol Service

Some events may include alcohol service. By purchasing tickets, you confirm that:

• You are of legal drinking age

• You will drink responsibly

Without A Cue and its venue partners reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within Without A Cue events—including scripts, characters, artwork, graphics, logos, audio, video, and written materials—is owned by or licensed to Without A Cue and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
