About The Event
Heed these my words and ready yerself for a touch of the macabre and be steeled against a chill up the spine! Do ye yearn to add an experience at once of a fantastical perspective while also of the unnerving nature to an historical stroll? As the nation's first capital greets the cool breezes of evening, join in a historical walking tour with a murderous twist!
Murder abounds in Colonial Philadelphia. Enter a world of smokey public houses and cobbled thoroughfares, learned physicians and sinister body snatchers, war widows and bar tavern maids. Stroll the darkened alleys and shadowy gardens of Olde City, led by your guide - who just happens to be the victim of a 225 year old murder!
You will be tasked with inspecting the crime scene, gathering the clues, and questioning the suspects you meet along the way. And perhaps, just perhaps, you can stay one step ahead of a wily murderer, avoid a similar fate, and have a chance to solve the mystery of The Cackling Cadaver.
Tours will last approximately one hour and 15 minutes.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
